Your Craft Blog Made Simple
By admin on Nov 28, 2008 in Big News, Selling Crafts
If you’ve been visiting this blog for very long you’ll know that I’m a big advocate of craft blogging to help promote your business. I believe it can have a huge effect on drawing in new customers and keeping in touch with them. It is my primary method of growing my own craft business - that’s how strongly I believe in its cost-effectiveness.
But setting up a professional blog requires a bit of work and a bit of knowledge that maybe you don’t have yet. So what if you could get that craft blogging knowledge via a series of ten videos that you could watch online, right now?
And they’re free!
That’s what I call a great solution!
It’s what’s being offered by Yaro Starak and Gideon Shalwick at Become-a-Blogger. Not only that but there’s a free follow-up book on how to draw more people to your craft blog once it’s set up.
Gideon is new to me - he’s the video guy - but I’ve been following Yaro’s progress and his advice for a good while now. He’s not a craftsman, he’s a full-time professional blogger. Sometimes you have to look outside your core business for the right help - and this is it.
Even if you’ve already got a blog, this is worth a look. If you haven’t - and you really should have - these videos really will make setting up your craft blog a simple, straightforward process.
The guys have put an extraordinary effort into putting this together for no reward - but I don’t know how long it will stay that way. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they start charging for it soon. You need to take advantage now while the blogging videos and blogging growth book are still free.
